Staying active whilst isolated at home due to the Coronavirus

Through this crazy time, one of the first things we are trying to emphasise is although we can’t stay connected through normal means we can, of course, keep our spirits high and community going virtually.

Here at No1 Fitness we have tried to turn things around quickly and get some things in place for those of you already stuck at home.

We’ll be putting sessions on daily, there’ll also be some Facebook groups so please feel free to join them, even if you’re not a member.
