POW! Get the gloves on and bring it! Our boxing conditioning class will take you through boxing technique before you’re unleashed to tackle the workout! This cardio based class will incorporate skills learned through a series of exercises, such as shadow bags, partner drills, and speedy footwork! What to expect: Cardio through boxing; high intensity series of exercises; technique workshop to begin class (10-15 mins of technical work – less conditioning).
