This strength training session will focus on high reps through giant supersets and trisets of activites. A cheeky metcon in the middle will be sure to spike that heartrate right up! What to expect: Upper and lower body work; strength training work for majority of the class; a small cardio burst in between sets. Be prepared for a low impact class, with muscle fatigue instead of cardiovascular fatigue.
