Our Saturday Sweat Session – Spectrum! This exclusive Saturday class is 50 minutes long, meaning you will feel the BURN! Spectrum incorporates the ethos of No1 Fitness – well rounded health through a variety of styles of fitness. Expect to see a full spectrum of styles of training: strength and conditioning, kettlebells, loaded movement, power, bodyweight, cardio blasts, suspension – all whilst tracking your heart through a heart rate monitor!
