One of the No1 Fitness foundational classes, our coaches will put you through a tough 30 mins using Power Plate Vibration Training and TRX bands. The Power Plate is a high speed workout, using multi-directional vibrations to contract and relax your muscles. In combination with the TRX band, this is one of the most effective workouts on offer! Expect strength movements and bring a strong core – you’ll need it for balance on the power plate!
