Arthur came to one of our fitness studios (Tower Bridge) and started his journey with personal trainer Rupert .
His body transformation took him 16 weeks also including a 2 week holiday. After 54 sessions and around 201000 calories later, Arthur achieved his body goals, from 84.7kg to 77.4kg.
During his journey Arthur mentioned to his trainer how it positively “changed” his life. The whole experience permeated through other areas of his life, he felt less stressed at home and more focused at work.
“This is why I always say it’s more than just a body transformation” – Rupert commented.
