Claire Perrot came to No1 Fitness to improve her general fitness with one goal in mind, to go snowboarding with her family in February.
Claire was a very sporty person but her weight crept up after the birth of her two children but with the New Year came the motivation to make a change.
“Last January I made the classic New Year’s resolution to get fit and lose weight – my most pressing need was to lose enough to be able to go snowboarding with my family in February. I signed up for personal trainer sessions with Jamie at No. 1 fitness initially as it was in the building where I work, and also signed up for a beginners running course near where I live.” Claire has currently lost 30kg and has completed the Royal Parks half marathon to raise money for Tommy’s which funds research into pregnancy problems.
