David trained for 8 weeks with personal trainer Tony Peacock. He had used personal trainers before with the goal of putting on muscle and getting a 6 pack with no success.

We followed a program that utilised traditional lifts such as Deadlifts, Squats, weighted pull-ups and weighted dips. But we focused on lifting heavy (with the correct form), whilst maintaining a controlled tempo to really force his muscles into growth.

David also managed to eat more than ever aiming for 2,500 calories a day and 125-150g protein. Even though he was eating more he managed to drop from 10% to 8.4% body fat.”
