James came in with a good base to work from as he had been working out at his home gym for a while. He felt thst he needed someone to push that bit further though as he said he didnt push himself as much as he could do when he trained on his own. We worked towards his birthday where he wanted to be in really good shape for, he dropped from 17.5% body fat to 12% bodyfat in this time. He maintained his muscle mass and increased his strength in this time too.
