James wanted to shred as much as possible as he was meeting his wife in Brazil and wanted to surprise her! (She didn’t know he had been training). On the Nutrition side, he ate as many calories as possible as long as he was tracking on #myfitnesspal so personal trainer Harry Thomas could monitor progress and make adjustments when needed.

Week 1-7 Calories: 2800-3000 Protein: 160g Carbs: 300g

Week 7-10 Calories: 2200 Protein: 160g Carbs: 150g

Week 10-12 Calories: 1800 calories. Protein: 160g Carbs: 50g

Training

5-6 days p/w : 2-3 split routine- 1-2 loaded movement and 1 day was his small group sessions. He used the Polar heart rate monitor in every session which, gave so much good info.

James always asked his trainer Harry to rate him as a student. He went from a C to and A*. He trained really hard!

Weight: 81kg =74.5kg

Body fat weight: lost 5.6kg

Body fat %: 17%=11.1%
