I signed up for personal training sessions at No1fitness and was assigned my personal trainer Jamie. What a fateful day that was and I have so much to thank him for. In order for me to make consistent progress with fat loss and fitness he has consistently worked with me week in, week out. Thank you Jamie. I look at the difference and I’m unbelievably proud of myself.
I’ve worked hard, I’ve stuck to a calorie deficit throughout (considerably assisted by vegan protein shakes, food and snacks. I’ve completely adjusted my mindset. This is not to say that it has been easy. It hasn’t. But I’ve gotten up everyday and I’ve tried my best. I haven’t been perfect but I have been consistent.
I’m immensely pleased with the steady (maybe some would say slow) progress and I’m still a work in progress. I still have fat loss goals and weight training goals to achieve but I know that I will achieve them. In July I will have completed my fitness and weight training journey and I can’t wait.
