Nadine has achieved the ultimate transformation.  Not only from what she has achieved in the gym, but also throughout her whole life.

A massive 20kg in weight and a huge reduction in body fat in just 6 months

Nadine now embraces training and it has become a big part of her life.  She has since completed a number of marathons around the world including, London, Berlin, Tokyo and just recently Mont Blanc.

She has been a joy to work with and she now inspires others to make changes to their lives.
