Nic came in wanting to build a bit of muscle and generally get a bit fitter. He already had a good level of fitness with his tennis background but had never really spent a good amount of time lifting weights in the gym. After building up a base, Nic dropped from 12.5% body fat to 8.6% bodyfat whiist increasing muscle mass and strength. After this we went through a strength block. In this strength block Nic added 10kg to his 5 rep max bench press, 25kg to his squat 5 rep max and 25kg to his deadlift 5 rep max.
