When arriving at No1 Fitness it was easy to see that Patrick was not in bad shape, however he had a goal in mind: to lose body fat and build some muscle.

Having been a regular gym goer over the years and seen little result, He was put on a personalised structured 8 weeks programme by personal trainer Graham Killoughery. Patrick took on board the dedication and consistency it takes to see results and after a few weeks and dietary tweaks at the start he knuckled down and has seen his body fat drop.
