Phil won the #Iamthecompetition which I put together with @newbalanceuk and after a rocky start has put in an amazing shift..

He’s always been a keen runner but never really stayed consistent with his training in a gym environment so the first thing needed was to work on his general strength, mobility and proper exercise form in the gym.
We worked together on a nutrition plan he new he could stick to and with constant check ins.
