I did the 6 week transformation programme and then a further 10 personal training sessions with Lyanne in a bid to lose some weight and tone up. Using weights and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness has improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I could never have attempted on my own. Training with Lyanne has been great because she has pushed me and motivated me to keep going. I have learnt so much from Lyanne and I am so happy with my results. Our sessions were always hard work but with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give up, or was given something worse to do. I would definitely recommend Lyanne to anyone, whatever their level of fitness.
