    Lucy came to me wanting to be ready for her wedding day. The journey we then went on turned into so much more. Yes she of course accomplished the desired look on her special day and not a head was left unturned I’m sure! However Lucy came to me with severe lordosis and was living a life with headaches and about 3 inches shorter than her natural height. Lucy is by no means just a sedentary person having also taken place in several marathons and other running feats however a lack of acknowledgement to the curvature in her neck meant the problem grew worse and also impacted her on a day to day basis. With guidance and her phenomenal approach to her homework and also the “I want people to see me at my best” approach Lucy was able to overcome this and also achieve some truly amazing results. I am so very proud of Lucy’s journey as she trusted the process completely and took to weight training and the disciplines like a pro, leaving ego at the door and putting in some serious hard work in and around the gym. Lucy proves that you can achieve great results and move well and feel better in your body.

    No1 fitness has pretty much changed my life since i started, As a food blogger, i tend to go out a lot for dinners and drinks, to the point that i completely lost the track of my fitness. Having a personal trainer has really helped me to take control not only of my body pretty much of my life.  It hasn’t been easy, it has been a long journey but i am confident enough to know that my fitness journey has only just begun. I’ve found my strength not only on my body I´ve alos developed an inner power that has allowed me to overcome many challenges that felt impossible on a daily basis. The vibe at no1 is amazing, is such a great community where you get to speak to everyone, share your experiences with pretty much everyone around you.  Probably one of the best investments I’ve had in my life. I am so grateful to the no1fitness team for their support i would highly recommend No1 Fitness to anyone.

    “Coming to No1 fitness has changed my life! I walked into the gym with no expectations and really assumed that no body transformation would ever happen for me. I’ve spent my entire life trying and failing to lose weight. I’ve tried dieting, cool sculpting, slimming world, 5:2 diet, hypnosis, PTs, classes… you name it!!! And it never worked. 4 months later with No1 Fitness and my amazing PT Agne and I’ve lost over a stone! This gym is more than just classes and a PT, it is a full support network. Everyone is friendly and you are not judged no matter what your fitness level is. The people in the gym are all at different abilities. You will be pushed to work hard in order to achieve your goals. It’s not going to be easy! But the results are so worth it! My only regret is I wish I had joined sooner!!”

Pictured here she won most improved runner at her run club and went on to run her first marathon in Disneyland this year. “It’s amazing what 12 months can do, I’m fitter, have more energy and can’t believe I waited so long”

    After 9 months of rehab and recovery from knee surgery, the following season highlighted I truely needed to get my strength and conditioning for playing back to where It needed to be. No1 Fitness has helped me the last 12 months get back to winning ways not only feeling stronger but adding structure to my day to day life.

    After her first race Faye said: ‘Feeling surprisingly good after my 14km obstacle race yesterday except for all the bruises! I somehow dont have DOMs but my husband does so I can feel smug about that. I ran the whole way and my legs did me proud, heavy by the second lap but kept on going. Working on my strength has definitely helped me and carried me through the race smiling and enjoying myself the whole way. I feel the fittest and strongest I ever have. I think I am fitter than when I did my last 20km tough mudder 4 years ago, even though I was alot skinnier then! So now to keep going, sigh up to the next challenge, and drop some weight so I can be faster and run further 💪🙌 Thank you for all your help and motivation!”

    Steve came to us back in 2014 and achieved some amazing results in just 10 weeks. Its all well and good getting results, but its more impressive when you can keep them. 4 years on, Steve has continued his training with us and has managed to go from strength to strength. Steve is a journalist in the City and his lifestyle involves lots of socialising. He now has the tools to be able to balance out his social life with his health and fitness. Being consistent is one of the fundamentals when you are looking to achieve results, it certainly doesn’t happen overnight. Currently, he is in the best shape of his life and he knows what it takes to keep succeeding. As you can tell by his photos, he has changed a huge amount. Steve says that he is now much more confident overall and is very happy with the knowledge that comes with the training. Got fitter, leaner and most importantly stronger not only physically but also mentally. Her challenges don’t end on the gym floor. Africa trip – 120km tough hiking challenge.
