Steve came to us back in 2014 and achieved some amazing results in just 10 weeks. Its all well and good getting results, but its more impressive when you can keep them. 4 years on, Steve has continued his training with us and has managed to go from strength to strength. Steve is a journalist in the City and his lifestyle involves lots of socialising. He now has the tools to be able to balance out his social life with his health and fitness. Being consistent is one of the fundamentals when you are looking to achieve results, it certainly doesn’t happen overnight. Currently, he is in the best shape of his life and he knows what it takes to keep succeeding. As you can tell by his photos, he has changed a huge amount.
