Having a very varied past in fitness coming from a military background and before that being a competitive swimmer at national standard for butterfly.
Bens hobbies vary from extreme sports, such as snowboarding and rock climbing to gymnastics, callisthenics and weight training. Ben studied as a professional actor and is trained in dance, Laban and animal movement. Having had to train himself and change his own body for roles in the west end and for screen Ben became hugely passionate about transforming his own body and mind set and now is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals utilising all he has learnt through his own journey.
Understanding that a transformation is not just in the body but a mind set and will inevitably become a way of life. Ben is a well organised highly motivated and passionate trainer, going above and beyond to ensure his clients achieve their goals over the time period allotted. Because of Ben’s huge range in training and styles he adapts and truly specifies a way that is completely unique to each client.
